💻 A 24-Hour National Level Hackathon 💡
⚡ Hackathon Rules & Guidelines ⚡
1. Team Formation
- Each team must consist of 3 to 5 members.
- Teams can be formed with students from different colleges (✅ inter-college teams allowed).
- Each participant can be part of only one team, and each team must submit only one project.
2. Team ID & Communication
- After successful registration, each team will be assigned a unique Team ID.
- The Team ID will be shared with the team leader in the official WhatsApp group.
- All further details — 🕘 reporting time, 📅 event schedule, 📢 announcements, and 🔔 updates — will be shared only in WhatsApp groups.
- At least one member per team must stay active in the group to avoid missing important updates.
3. Registration & Verification
- Registration fee: ₹1000 per team.
- ✅ On-spot registration available.(Limited Slots Only - FCFS)
- On-spot registration timing 8:45Am - 9:30Am at HDFC block - FCFS
- Teams must present a valid student ID card for verification at the venue.
- Teams must complete payment verification by presenting a screenshot of the transaction during check-in.
- 🎟️ Access to the event will be granted only after verification.
- ❌ No Refund Available.
4. Project Development
- All projects must be developed exclusively during the hackathon.
- 🚫 Pre-built projects will not be accepted.
- The official problem statement will be released at 10:00 AM (Day 1).
5. Reviews & Evaluation
- Problem statement will be given by the juris at the event start.
- Review I – Idea Presentation: ⏰ 12:00 PM (Day 1) – ❌ No elimination.
- Review II – Prototype Presentation: ⏰ 5:00 PM (Day 1) – 🔝 Top 20% of teams were shortlisted.
- Review III – Final Presentation: ⏰ 10:00 AM (Day 2) – 🥇 Winners announced.
- 🏅 Top 20% of teams will proceed to the final round.
- All teams must be present at the venue during reviews.
- 🧑⚖️ Juris decisions will be final and binding.
6. Facilities & Hospitality
- 📶 Wi-Fi/Internet will be provided at the venue, but teams should arrange backup connectivity if required.
- 🍴 Refreshments will be provided for all participants.
- 🍽️ Dinner and 🛏️ accommodation will be arranged for shortlisted teams.
- 🖊️ All participants will receive an E-certificate of participation.
7. Code of Conduct
- Participants must maintain professional behavior throughout the event.
- 🚦 Misconduct = 🚫 Disqualification.
- All participants must report to the venue on or before 8:30 AM.
- At least one team member must remain at the allocated workspace at all times.
